My Approach

Family medicine allows me to support patients throughout all stages of life, from young children to older adults. I specialize in treating the elderly, with years of experience in helping seniors maintain not only their health but also their quality of life. I focus on meeting my patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs, helping them feel strong, youthful, and vibrant at any age.

Building strong relationships with patients and their families is something I value deeply. I believe in advocating for each patient and guiding them through the complexities of the healthcare system. My approach is patient-centered, and I strive to create an environment where patients feel empowered to take an active role in their own care.

I’m a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Utah Nurse Practitioners. I consider myself attentive, compassionate, and empathetic—qualities I believe help me foster lifelong healthcare partnerships with both patients and providers.

My life

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. When I’m not running them to various events, I’m continuing my education through courses and podcasts to ensure I remain the most knowledgeable and competent provider I can be.
